Rob, I called Martin and he will be shipping me a new wrap. Thank you.

Your company is incredible. Your quick response to my e-mail was very impressive, and then to learn that you would replace my wrap was a wonderful surprise. Honestly, your wrap is so much better than others that I would have had no choice but to purchase another one. Wish there were more companies out there like yours.

    Your grateful customer, Sharon

I have a second shoulder surgery scheduled for the 27th on the other side and would not think of going thru it without my “ice jacket”. Now I will have a matched set! (and one for my knees) I tell everyone about your product!

I bought the knee wraps for my then 14 year old son who had severe knee pain with sports from Osgood Schlatter. He used them almost nightly for 2 years, and now uses them occasionally. They are still flexible, still intact, and work great. They were the first thing that provided him any relief. I also recommended the ankle and elbow wrap to a freind at work with sever arthitis and she loves them. Great sturdy, effective product!

I used the knee wrap after having a total knee replacement and was far more than pleasantly surprised when I first put it on. After major surgury, ice is your best friend and I immediately knew I had mine. I used it daily after therapy and now, a year later, after the gym. If I could make any changes to the knee wrap they would be to make it about 2 inches longer and have the ice pockets go all the way around. That way the bottom of the knee joint also gets the cold. It’s a remarkable product and I’ve recommended it to several of my friends.

i bought the knee wraps for my daughter, she was suffering from severe soft tissue damageand bruising to her knee and pf syndrome, and she is a catcher. so when i heard about the product i thought it couldnt hurt, my daughter loves them she uses them all the time after all workouts and practices. she likes them because she can be mobile while using them. we have taken them along to softball tournaments and they have worked very well for us. cant imagine not having them now. I have told several people about your products.

I bought the knee wrap when diagnosed with a torn miniscus. I use it after spin class or any other exercise. I love it. So much easier than trying to manipulate bags of ice to keep it where you want it. Stays on securely and stays cold for a long time. I keep it in the freezer and pull it out as needed. Very durable – keeps the inflamation down. I just ordered one for my mother for her neck problems.

I love all the compression wraps that I’ve purchased. One thing that I think needs improvement is the velcro attachment that is losing it’s sticthing. This is the only flaw I notice; otherwise, a superb product

Cold One products are high quality, effective and convenient to use. Highly recommended. Just what you need to get back out there and play!

    Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for the very prompt service-ordered one day and received the next morning. I am recovering from a total knee replacement and find your product superior to the ice packs and frozen peas I had been useing.

I have had three knee surgeries so far I have bought four knee wraps from your company. It is a great product the one problem is over time the individual pockets break and leak out so there is no product to get cold. So over time they become totally ineffective.

    Hi Mike:

The gels should not leak. If you have product that is defective it should be returned and replaced. This was an intermittent problem which was resolved some time ago.

    Thanks for your comments,

    Rob

I ordered a knee wrap at the urging of one of your customers. I couldn’t be happier and have recomended your products to a number of my players and fellow (child-at-heart) weekend warriors.

I got your knee wrap for use after my ACL replacement and its worked great. I haven’t expereinced any of the product concerns noted by some of the other folks in this string.

    Thanks again!

the knee wrap was reccomended by my sister-in-law. the convinience of the wrap is worth its weight in gold. it sure beats a bag of ice or a chemical ice bag.

I’m not an athlete but as a firefighter I’m often working in physically demanding situations. I’m not given the opportunity to warm-up and this often times can result in various injuries. On a fire a few months ago I hurt my knee and had to take time off the job to heal. The knee wrap has been vital to my recovery and I absolutely love it. I’d recommend it anyone.

I LOVE my shoulder wrap! I look forward to using the knee wraps, too. I especially appreciate being able to be mobile while I’m getting the cold therapy. Thanks for your great products!

Thanks Rob. I have your knee wrap. My orthapaedic surgeon gave me it for my recovery from a meniscus tear. It is the best product of this nature that I have come across in a long time. I just ordered the shoulder and another knee wrap as well. I hope I have the same result. Thanks,

    Chris

Are these wraps as cold as ice? I have one wrap that goes in the freezer but does not get very cold and is not effective.

  • 22 admin // Jul 28, 2009 at 4:19 pm

    Hello Cindy:

If your freezer is making ice cubes, the wrap should freeze within 2 hours indicated by the gels being solid. If the freezer is opened too many times during the period, it could take longer to freeze.

Check the wrap before freezing and make sure the gels are plump. If they are not plump or flat, please call Martin at (503) 620-3403 as the wrap may need to be replaced.

    Good Luck,

    Rob

I’m happy with the wrap – I’ve had running related patella problems for a year and this wrap is providing a great deal of relief. I actually leave it on for 40mins, foot elevated. The chilling is mostly done after 20 mins but the compression and elevation thereafter is having a good additional effect.

I love your product so much that I blogged about it on my running blog. These wraps are awesome. I have two knee ones.

the cold pack is good. one thing I dont like is the small squares after 1 year seem to lose their effectiveness, for getting real cold. I like the way to tighten it around the knee. The cold should go all the way around.
