These products are generally great and a convenient way to ice. I have, however, had some problems with the frozen cells breaking, which not only makes you wet, but the cell is gone forever,. Since the cells are independent from each other, the whole piece is not ruined unless more cells burst, which they do. Customer service has been quick to replace what I’ve complained about, but the problem runs through their line, and i don’t feel like going to them every time I have a problem. The issue is greatest with the forearm and elbow/heel pieces.
Hi.
Sorry to George,we have not came upon issues like yours. You are right customer service is wonderful. We have many wraps and at some point we will have all of them.I have told everybody I know about them and many have bought them.My hubby wore the shoulder wrap to PT and the therapists loved it and are telling others about them.
so i was lookin at this, and asked my mother if it could be microwaved, or heated up somehow. you know, cold compress, heat compress. well, they should make one that heats up as well, a second series of “cold ones”. you could call it “hot ones” plug it into the wall, and have it heat up like those blankets that plug into the wall. maybe even put a battery pack on it or something, and then you have what i like to call GENIUS. cold compress, heat compress.
The technology for making heat wrap v.s. an ice wrap is quite different. There are combination packs that can be heated and chilled, but they do not come close to the icing performance of Cold One wraps. Our philosophy is to make the best ice compression wraps possible.
I sell these products in Pennsylvania and I can you that I have never had a problem with the cells breaking in any product I have ever sold. With that said, I know the company stands behind each wrap it sells. These are the best cold compression wraps on the market today and I look forward to years of future sales. Thanks Rob!!!
You have an opportunity of enormous proportions….and I don’t know if you see it. You’ve obviously figured out that with the advent of the Baby Boomer generation retiring over the next 20 years, you have 78 million potential customers in need of your products! Not to mention the 30 to 60 somethings that work out and injure themselves, etc.
If you want to grab customer loyalty on a grand scale….in this time of economic upheaval, offer them discounts on your products that will attract them to your products, and you will be rewarded with an ongoing revenue stream for many years to come.

Hello Mike:
The technology for making heat wrap v.s. an ice wrap is quite different. There are combination packs that can be heated and chilled, but they do not come close to the icing performance of Cold One wraps. Our philosophy is to make the best ice compression wraps possible.
We thank you for your comments,

I’ve ordered several Cold One beverage wraps over the years, and they work great.
I just bought the small Cold One lunch bag. I haven’t used it yet, but it’s a good size and it also appears to be well made.

I have 5 different Cold One products, and use them regularly. They fit well and are made well.

We’ve used the knee and shoulder wraps…they are great. We told our Physical therapist about them and also many friends.
