    Thank you so much for your wonderful product! When I called your company to arrange for an exchange, Martin was very friendly and accommodating. My exchanged shoulder wrap came in and the large is perfect. Even the medium, though a little too tight, has been such a great help. Having a torn rotator cuff has been a painful inconvenience but now with the wrap I can actually sleep through the night and get much needed relief during the day. Your product and customer service are superior!

    All Coldone products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. We will accept any Coldone product back for refund; no questions asked during that period.

    Additionally all Coldone products are warrantied to be free from defect in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from purchase. Normal practice is replacement of the defective product.

    I AM INTERESTED IN A COLD WRAP FOR A HAMSTRING INJURY – I BELIEVE THIS WOULD REQUIRE A UNIVERSAL WRAP.
    I IMAGINE THE COLD PART OF THE WRAP CAN BE REUSED?
    ALSO CAN THE WRAP BE USED AS A WRAP WITHOUT USING THE COLD PART?

    Hello Stephen:
    Without an e-mail address we cannot contact you directly. All Cold One wraps are re-usable for many years. You can apply a frozen wrap and adjust the compression by the velcro straps; all 3 layers stretch. The Icing goes away in about 15-20 minutes, but the wrap can be worn longer as the compression is benefitial and as you suggest, it acts as a support aid.

    You are correct that the Universal Wrap is the proper selection for a hamstring, shin or calf injury.

    Fabulous customer service!

    I recently placed an order for a hand/wrist wrap and included in the Comments section my previous very positive experience with Coldone’s plantar fasciitis wrap. Within a couple of hours, I received an email advising me that the wrap that I had actually doubled as a hand-wrist wrap and offering to hold my order until I advised the company whether or not I still wanted the second one.

    For a company to put customer satisfaction ahead of a sale is a rare and welcome experience. I have been touting the benefits of Coldone wraps to my friends, and now I can add this unique aspect of customer service to my comments.

    After meniscus surgery on my knee my surgeon had given me a Coldone Knee wrap. It was an exellent product and I believe helped me rehabilitate my knee incredibly fast. In any event, due to this good product experience I recently ordered several other products and requested UPS overnight delivery. UPS, for some reason, failed to deliver and could not find the product. I emailed Coldone and within the day I received a call from Martin who made several calls to UPS and the product was found and delivered. I figured as an end user I would not get much attention from the company but based upon my contact with Martin from Coldone he made me feel like I was an owner of the Company. The company’s products are great and the people who work for the company actually care.
