I recently purchased a ColdOne for my right shoulder pending rotator cuff surgery. A couple of years ago, after rotator cuff surgery, I purchased one for my left shoulder which was also used by my wife after being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I had frozen shoulder syndrome and suffered extreme pain, initially in my left shoulder and then the pain radiated down to my elbow. I was fortunate to discover the Cold One and got immediate pain relief. In addition to the pain relief, the Cold One actually accelerated my recovery by calming the nerves and reducing the muscle spasm in my shoulder. The combination of compression and cold was exactly what was needed to relieve the pain. The clever design of the shoulder wrap was able to provide compression on my shoulder in a way that nothing else could. Hey, I just got the shoulder wrap yesterday…fantastic product. Honestly, I have been struggling with ice cubes and bags of frozen sweet peas for the past couple of months. This really gave me relief last night at bedtime. Again, thanks for the product. FYI – it was referred to me by Brian Schiff, who’s online book on rotator cuff injuries I have been using.
I purchased a shoulder wrap a couple of years ago to treat a shoulder where the ball of the upper arm had been knocked out of its socket… I used it religiously along with a program of exercises and have been able to get my shoulder back to where it was before the injury although I continue using it whenever my shoulder is sore.
I had a torn rotator cuff, and was in extreme pain. Surgery couldn’t be scheduled for almost four months, and I truly thought I would go out of my mind with the pain. I tried ice packs and other shoulder wraps, but when I saw this one on the web site, I decided to try it. I have to say, there was instant relief the first time I used it. I went to sleep with it on every night, and was able to sleep much better. Have been using it after surgery as well, and it makes a dramatic difference in the degree of pain, and in recovery time. I was a pedestrian hit by a car–badly broken shoulder repaired by surgery with an implant, which healed well but devolved into frozen and tendonitis. After 19 months of various therapies, it’s now supposedly “just” tendonitis. Brian Schiff whose strengthening program I am now following recommended this product. I’m female, 140 lbs, so got the up-to-160 lbs. The arm piece fits tightly and after several applications worked a miracle on the upper arm tightness and pain. However, the shoulder/chest part is too stiff to fit snugly and pulls down across the top of the shoulder causing pain. I then bought another brand online but hated it. So now I’m back to this one. It fits much better after melting, of course, so maybe I need to leave it on much longer. I hadn’t thought about sleeping with it.

It was a life saver: A wonderful product that has brought a great deal of pain relief. I was able to move around freely while having more areas iced than I thought I originally required. I purchased the shoulder wrap and it has greatly reduced the pain and inflamation from my tendonitous in my shoulder. I work out and when it hurts i apply the cold wrap along with anti inflamitory and its all gone. Now I just use it occastionaly, when things act up. Great product.
I purchased my ColdOne to use during my rehab from rotator cuff surgery.
Three days a week of expert rehab and use of the ColdOne greatly expedited my recovery. Discharged by my Orthopod after 18 weeks of rehab. Used the ColdOne after golf and basketball for another month or so. Today I am able to maintain my normal flexibility and weight lifting routine. I will be 73 in November.

The pain level was bad in the beginning but the wrap reduced the inflammation and provided pain relief. I have physical therapy three days a week and using my wrap has made it bearable. It is comforting to know that it will be there any time I need it!
One more thing.. When I ordered my wrap I received it in record time only to find I had ordered the wrong size. I only had three weeks before my surgery and called to explain my problem. I was told the size I needed would be sent the next day, not the usual “send it back and when we receive it we will send the new one”. When is the time you received customer care like that? I recently purchased a cold one shoulder wrap for a rotator cuff injury. I can’t afford health insurance to properly diagnose the condition, etc so went the route of self-care, research on the internet, etc.
By using the cold one in conjunction with an excellent exercise and stretching routine that I discovered on the internet specifically targeted at helping with my condition, I have much better mobility, much less pain (I can now sleep on either shoulder with minimal pain), etc.
I purchased your shoulder wrap and I love it. I have severe arthritis and a small rotator cuff tear in my shoulder. I play golf, and ice down with the wrap after every round. It has made a huge difference. I recommend it highly.

Like R Kaussner, I found a stretching/therapy program on the Internet (google: Brian Schiff) which — when used with the Cold One wrap — has allowed me to recover enough so that I may not need surgery at all.

Have used the Cool One shoulder wrap for about 2 weeks now and am genuinely grateful for the results. It certainly relieves the inflamation from a rotator cuff strain. Additionally, was so impressed with the construction, I took it to my therapist and he will be ordering it also for his practice!
I am a competative triathlete with hypermobile shoulders which means I get a lot of pain from swimming. Multipli phyiso sessions have strengthened them to a point but barring surgery the pain has been ongoing.
I purchsed a double shoulder wrap and instantly felt the difference in my recovery. I use the wrap instantly after completing a session and before bed and the pain is significantly reduced and I am able to sleep comfortably and back up quality session after quality session!
The product itself is fantastic, it maintains temp for a long time and in the freezer cools again quickly. The construction is all quality with thick velcro to achieve real compression without slippage and the design means it can be worn without restriction of movement.
I raved about the product to my swim coach who has ordered some for the club!

I was suffering from tendonitis due to repeditive work, this product was a god send!
It fit great I could wear it during work until my shoulder was better. even months
later if it starts feeling sore I will wear iT for an hour and the pain will be
frozen away! thanks again
